How to do a Dominican hot Dog? One day when i was walking inside the kitchen in my house i saw my brother cooking something. So i when up to him and ask him what he was doing and he told that he was doing hot dog but on a Dominican style. So i told him to show me how to do it, so he stared like this: First, you need to get the materials that are the bread,the meat,the mayonnaise,ketchup,mustard,salad,and corned. Next, you put the meat in the stove with hot water. If you live it for to long it might opened up so you always need to check it every 10 minutes. Then, you pull out the mayonnaise and the bread. What you going to do is put mayonnaise on the bread. After, that you take out the meat (only if you see that is ready you could take it out) AND TURN OFF THE STOVE. Finally,you put every thing together like this put the meat on the bread, on top bread the corn, a white thing,and the red thing. That's how you do a Dominican hot dog!!!!!!!!!!!

Last summer was the best summer I've ever had, because I spent it with my dad, friends, and Jennifer, my best friend. I also visited the Dominican Republic. I had a lot of fun over there for 2 weeks.
But a tragedy happened while I was at my aunt's house. Somebody that I consider my second mom died from a heart attack.
After I came back from my vacation in the Dominican Republic.R. I spend ed the rest with my best friend Jennifer.I slept over her house like 20 times too!! She met a lot of people but i didn't. Summer happened so fast that i can't wait for this 3 months to pass so I could go to the pool with my best friend

Dear Llorona,

Ithink that you are siko, retarted and need to be in a mental Hospital. Because how the heck you are asking for your children if you killed them because you wanted to save your relationship with your husband and he doesnt even like you.

Idon't get why you did that to that poor guy if he just wanted to help you and find your babies. Also you scared the guy that was guarding outside when you asked him for the time and then you disspear.

Also i don't get why you had it to hurt that men if he didn't do nothing to you. Now everybody is scare because you be coming out at night at 10 o' clock looking for you "missing" babies that u killes years ago.

I think that before you had died you should of gone to a church and confess so that way your spirit would be in peace

Hi Marimar! I'm writing this letter to you because i just finished reading a story called "prima ballerina" and I think you and her have a lot in common. The main characters name was Evelyn and she danced ballet. Evelyn use to be teased at school because she was mexican. By that Evelyn became so shy that her mom put her in ballet school.
Evelyn is Mexican American nad she used to be shy just like you. Other student used to teased her because of her because of her culture. She was the only Mexican American at her school.
Her mom got tired of them making fun of her so she put her in ballet to build her confidence. I know that you wanted to be in ballet but you are very shy to get in. Maybe you can be inspired by Evelyn's story.
I really do think that you should read this, you and Evelyn are like sisters. What i really liked about this story was when Evelyn was 13 she used to pay for her own ballet classes, by teaching little kids ballet. Another thing that i liked was by being in ballet she confront her shyness.

my community problem

2121 Cedar ave B.X, N.Y 10454 Dear 311 staff, Hi my name is Gabriela Guzman and I'm a student at Ms.254. Im writing this letter because im concerned about my cousin's safety in her neighborhood. My cousin's name is Laura and she lives on 170 White Plains Road. In that neighborhood, it's very dangerous. Is so dangerous that at night you can not walk by yourself. A cop has to go with you or someone else. There is alot of crime, drug abuse, and gun handling. Almost every night you see an ambulance in front of the building. Some times I dont like going to her house because im scared something will happen to me. I wonder how people could like like this. Once when my uncle was walking home form work, some guy stared shooting at him. Thank God no bullets hit him. In my cousin's community, the people could make use of their community safety services like 311. and the police station. They could work together for community action to make a difference. For example, the people that live there could make a deal to all call the police station at the same time or they could call 311 to report an incident or problems this would send a message to law officials or the government to help the people make a change. Another idea is for the people in the community who care to go on strike or protest the negative actives in their neighborhood and stand up and fight for safety. I really do think that my ideas would be effective and beneficial. Because that way the people who work in the 311 service and they will notice that we are consirned about it. And if they not entiring convince we would go on a strike and that way they will know that are serious about it. I hope that with this letter i have really convince you, and i also hope that after you have read this you do something about it. The Hole in the Road



The story "The Hole in the Road" is about a neighborhood of people who come up with some dumb solutions to a community problems. The people who lived there were village people, and they were not to saavy in making effective solutions to problems.

So what happen was that the mayor was going to go to city hall when he discover a really deep big hole in the middle of the street. When the mayor saw that huge hole in the middle of the road. So the mayor and he's assintan Daniel Daniel come up with the stupidiest ideas, and they stared it like this. First the mayor and he's assintan Daniel Daniel when to the small town in Colorado and told the village people what was the problem. After he explain everything he said to get all of their tools and carry the hole out of town. The villager people when deep down the hole and digging until they notice that made hole more dipper. So the mayor though of something that might work, he's great idea was to put all dirt inside the hole when they did the hole was back the last time.

The mayor send everybody home and said that he will think of somthing tomorrow. The next day the mayor that it was wash day. Today the villigers will wash their colthes and that was when the mayor came up with an idea he said that they could cover the hole with soapsuds. So he whent to the villigers and told him to wash a lot of clothes and safe the soapsuds so they could cover the hole with that. So that's what the villigers did. Daniel Daniel gave the honor for the mator to be the first one to walk on top of it. Surrently he dissapears after 2 min later you hear somebody scream in saying help and it was the mayor they grab the rope and bought him up. Surrently the soapsuds dissapears. The mayor sends everybody home. The mayor goes to he's house and get's cleaned up. When he came out of the bathroom it stared raining. he had a fabulous idea. He told Daniel Daniel the rain will covere the hole and the villigers don't have to do anything. The next morning he picked up the villigers and wen't to the hole. Daniel Daniel said be the first one to pass through the mayor falls down. And Daniel Daniel said let's build a bridge so evryone will notice the hole and you could pass above it woth out falling and that's what they did.

Gabriela Guzman March 24,2009 Racism Some people don't know what the world "racism" means. So they just go in the street and start saying stuff to a black kid. You don't know how will that person would react to you. What is racism? Racism is when you discriminate somebody of their culture skin color and their language. When you discriminate somebody you are being raises to but a little different. Being discriminate it is when they judge you from. The culture that most suffer is Latin people.But mostly they are raises to another. Latinos discriminates against each other because the United State is mix specially Latinos so they go against each other saying bad stuff about them.
